The Company started its operations in January 2014. The head office is situated in New Delhi & branch office is at Chhaturpur New Delhi. There is a continuous attempt to offer best services to our customers to satisfy their expectations. Our main focus is to achieve excellent standards.     We have an efficient workforce such as Security Guards (Ex-Servicemen or Civilian), Gunmen and PSO’s.

  • SECURITY SURVEY

    We have the team of experienced team of professional for conducting complete survey of various site locations. We also recommend right preventive security steps with the support of security personnel, material and machines.

  • SECURITY EQUIPMENT

    It is made available on the specific requirement of the customer.

  • FACILITIES SERVICES

    Various facility service staff is available with us. They are helpers and labors working on the contractual basis. We also have many utility staffs such as Office Boys and Cooks Tele-operators and more. There is House -keeping staff such as Gardeners and Janitors and more. We also have unskilled staff for other jobs.

FUNCTIONING

CENTRAL STAFF

Most of our staff at senior level position consists of Managers and Field officers who are ex-defense officers. They are highly skilled and have many years of experience in security and allied subjects. It is our persistent goal to remain in touch with our customers on daily basis. If we get any complaints then they are quickly addressed.


COMMUNICATION

To remain in touch with latest and recent technological advancements, we have given mobile phones to our field staff so that we can stay in touch with our personnel and clients. The use of mobile phones is important in order to make the provision of two-way communication. Now you can contact the field staff anywhere in an hour of emergency. Our operational room has round the clock different shifts of field officers. We also have a dedicated vehicle to address their problems and issues.

TRAINING

We have training personnel that provide exhaustive training to security guards. They are trained with all the important parameters related to Security, Access Control, and Security of material. The security guards are also provided with practical training of handling fire -fighting equipment. Our dedicated training staff also give on the job training to obtain optimum efficiency. Our training staff comprises of experienced senior retired defense & Para Military Officers.

FIELD STAFF

Field Staff comprises of Field Officers, operational manager, and field supervisors. Field staff is responsible to maintain discipline in the guards. Regular checks are carried to achieve desired results. The field staff is also responsible for conductingregular night checks.



CONTROL ROOM

Our control rooms are situated at Headquarter and other regional branches that are manned 24x7 to meet the unforeseen eventualities. Our field staff is available 24x7 to answer all your queries. Our Parameters

The security people must be at least matriculate pass. The specialized training of 7 days is given to security staff. They are deployed at a specific locations such as MNCs, ATMS, Retailers, airports, institutions, and manufacturing unit. The continuous trainings and on-the-job trainings are given to existing employees and new inductees. Also, the specific need based training is imparted to employees on emergency basis.
